I choose Scott after reviewing local agents and very pleased with that decision. Scott was very responsive and understanding of my needs to sell our cabin over the summer. He is honest, candid, knows the area very well and the market. Our cabin sold in 5 months and even though we had a hiccup on the closing, Scott took care of details locally. I would highly recommend him to buy or sell in the greater Asheville area.
