Tudor Croft in Black Mountain, NC is one of the Asheville area’s newest communities. Once completed, it will have approximately 175 homes, plus a pool and pool house. Tudor Croft homes are situated on small lots and have fiber cement and stone exteriors, making this neighborhood an excellent choice for low-maintenance living.
New Tudor Croft homes can be built in craftsman or tudor styles, and typically include upgraded features such as granite counters, wood floors, zoned heating and air, and tankless water heaters. Many of the homesites offer spectacular mountain views.
As opposed to buying lots and holding them, buyers must build on their lots with SurePoint Builders. Once a lot is chosen, the buyer and builder work together to choose a floor plan and finishes. Then a construction contract is written. The builder is happy to accommodate custom finishes and other modifications, including changes to the floorplan.
The neighborhood features Black Mountain water and public sewer, as well as paved roads. Short-term (vacation) rentals are allowed. This freedom makes Tudor Croft an excellent option for second-home buyers, or buyers that aren’t ready to move here permanently, but still want a home in Black Mountain to use for themselves.
