Arden’s Royal Pines community is one of the most well-established neighborhoods on the south side of Asheville. Access to Sweeten Creek Road (US Highway 25A) and Hendersonville Road (US Highway 25) make Royal Pines a popular location for residents that commute into Asheville for work. Royal Pines is convenient to all of the shopping, dining, and amenities of South Asheville and Arden, including 12 Bones, one of the area’s most popular barbeque restaurants.

Because Royal Pines is an older neighborhood with homes built over several decades, there is a wide variety of homes for sale.
