Lynch Cove is an established neighborhood just outside the town limits of Black Mountain. Homes in Lynch Cove vary in size and style, and several have beautiful mountain views. Lots that don’t have views are typically densely wooded, providing privacy and a mountain feel. Lots are typically an acre or two, and they’re served by private wells, septic systems, and privately maintained roads. Because Lynch Cove is small, real estate inventory is generally low with usually only a few homes and lots for sale. However, the neighborhood is very desirable, and one reason is that the properties are not subject to Town of Black Mountain taxes, but the location is very close to town.
