The Cotswold Subdivision – Homes for Sale in Arden NC

The Cotswolds is a community off of Mills Gap Road in Arden, on the south side of Asheville, NC. Most of the homes in The Cotswolds were built between 1999 – 2006, with a few exceptions. These homes are larger (typically over 4000 square feet), and most of the lots are about an acre. With easy access to Cane Creek Road, The Cotswolds is convenient to not only Arden, but also to Fairview and Fletcher. This is a smaller neighborhood, so inventory is usually limited, with rarely more than a few homes and a couple of lots for sale at any one time.
