Petersburg Crossing is a small neighborhood that sits almost right in the middle between the 2 Madison County towns of Marshall and Mars Hill, NC. There are a few single-family homes for sale that are built in a variety of styles at competitive price points.
Petersburg Crossing addresses on vacant lots are technically in Marshall, and very reasonably priced. This makes them an affordable option for buyers looking to build and customize their new homes. These lots are mostly just under an acre to a bit over an acre in size and require a well and septic system. To offer even more options for buyers, off-frame modular construction is permitted (but no mobile homes please).
