James and I had the BEST experience with Shannon. We can not say enough good things about her and the experience we had. We both knew we were going to be tricky clients being that we’re out of state, have never purchased land before, and had limited time that we could be in the area. While I’m sure we were as difficult as we imagined, Shannon never made us feel that way. Before we met her to look at properties she took the time to create an efficient route for us to see a lot of options in a limited amount of time. When our first property fell through she had the paperwork moving forward quickly so that we could move to our second choice. When we did make an offer on the second property we felt like she guided us to getting a great price. As we moved through due diligence she was always happy to go up and double check to make sure that the inspections, surveys, etc. were being completed. Every vendor she recommended worked out well for the entire process. When we ran into communication issues and delays with the county she was right there following up with them and staying in contact with the seller’s agent so that we were all on the same page. What was really amazing to us is how often she preempted our needs. We would have a conversation at home about needing to follow up on something with her that week and before we’d be able to she would reach out to us about the same topic. It felt like we had someone working with us who really cared about the end result and getting us what we wanted. I could continue talking about how great Shannon is for a very long time, but I think to sum it up I can confidently say that if we ever sell the property, want to buy another property in the area, or know people who need a realtor Shannon will be our go to.
