Freestone Properties is thrilled to announce that we have partnered with Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks!
Founded in 1957, Allen Tate is the Carolinas’ largest real estate company based on closed sales volume, with more than 70 offices and 1,800 Realtors in the Charlotte, Triad, Triangle, High Country, Highland/Cashiers and Asheville/Mountain regions of North Carolina and the Upstate of South Carolina. Though it is a large company, they are able to maintain the feeling and connection of a small, locally owned company that focuses on their clients, their agents and staff, as well as the community. One of the main goals of its founder was to provide exceptional customer service which is another one of the elements of the company that resonated with us as we strive for this same goal.
Freestone Properties, founded in 2016, is named after the type of mountain streams located all over Western North Carolina. “Freestone” streams are the result of rocks and boulders eroding and becoming rounded by the constant flow of water. These rocks often become dislodged, and these “free stones” contribute to the ever-changing nature of the stream. Just like freestone streams, the real estate industry is always changing. And when all the pieces work together to help our clients reach their goals, it is a very rewarding experience.
Striving to continue providing excellent services for our clients, this new partnership with Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks brings additional expertise, broader reach, and more tools to enhance our clients’ buying or selling experience.
“We chose to partner with Allen Tate because of their stellar reputation in the Asheville market, their support systems, agent training, marketing tools and essential services. We wanted to partner with a family-owned company focusing on clients, agents and our local community,” said Freestone Properties co-founder Scott Russell.
“Freestone Properties shares our commitment to real estate excellence and community. We’re excited to partner with Scott and Lisa, as two great companies that will be Stronger Together,” said Gary Scott, president, Allen Tate Companies.
“We welcome Freestone Properties to the Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks family,” said Brian Cagle, Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks regional vice president. “We look forward to working together and creating opportunities for both agents and clients.”
