Having been family friends for over 20 years, this well established friendship is now a team! After working together since 2017, Chloe and Hope officially formed the Chloe and Hope Team in 2023. Delivering personal attention, local knowledge and excellent client care is their goal. Chloe’s experience paired with Hope’s organized structure and their combined market knowledge create an extremely effective real estate team. They share a passion for our community and together cultivate a collaborative environment enhancing the buying and selling process for our clients. They are backed by administrative staff that assist with everything from marketing and measuring to photography and support. Chloe Lunsford

Born and raised in Asheville makes her a bit partial, but Chloe believes this is the absolute best place to live! She graduated from TC Roberson High School and then earned my B.S. in Communication Studies from UNC-Greensboro. It’s very important to her to serve a community who has given her so much. She is passionate about helping others and understands that buying or selling a home is a major life decision. She respects those decisions by dedicating herself to providing enough value that every client becomes a client for life. She is a results-oriented communication and sales professional. Together they will develop a plan to market your home aggressively and convert interest into offers. She is attentive to detail and prides herself on staying organized, being patient and successfully managing the process even when circumstances become stressful. As a home buyer, you’ll have access to her extensive knowledge of the greater Asheville area. She is eager to share everything she knows about our distinct communities.

Family is everything to Chloe, and she feels so lucky to share this wonderful town with the people who mean the most to her. She and her husband, Charlie, are both born and raised here and have enjoyed raising their kids in this community. Their daughter is studying at UNC-Charlotte and majoring in Kinesiology and their son is a student at Owen High School. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, playing golf, relaxing on Lake James and continuing to explore all the treasures that the greater Asheville area has to offer!

Hope Burk

A proud native and resident of Black Mountain, NC, Hope graduated from Owen High School and then Appalachian State University, where she met and married her college sweetheart. Living in this community has made serving in it important to her, and she has been very involved in the local schools, serving as a Girls on the Run coach, on PTOs at all different school levels, on the Owen Middle and High School Advisory Boards, the Owen High School Athletic Booster Club and with our local chamber. As a true local, Hope has a vast experience with the Western North Carolina area and has helped buyers and sellers in all surrounding counties. This, coupled with her professional history, makes her an ideal real estate agent for locals and newcomers alike. She is a hard worker and has earned a number of awards throughout her real estate career, but the two she is most proud of are the Raving Fans Award in 2021 and the Chairmans Circle in 2022. She has spent much of her adult life serving others, both in the business world and within our community. She looks forward to serving your needs as well!

Hope cherishes time with her family! Her daughter attends University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and her son is a high school student at Owen High School. Her family loves to soak up everything these spectacular mountains have to offer: hiking, camping, snow skiing, or boating on Lake James! They never take for granted living in Western North Carolina. Making this area their home has been a dream come true!
