Jaye Thomas

Jaye was born in Raleigh, North Carolina and grew up mostly in the Tidewater area of Virginia. He and his wife often vacationed in the mountains and eventually bought a home in Black Mountain in 2016. Their love of the NC mountains and the beauty and tranquility of the area made this the perfect spot. Jaye enjoys exploring the numerous parks and trails in the region, golfing, traveling and yoga.  

 

Jaye graduated from North Carolina Wesleyan University where he got his degree in Business Administration and played on the golf team. In 1992, he began a career in residential real estate appraisals and has acquired a vast array of knowledge in real estate over the years. He hopes to help both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams while relying on his more than 30 years of experience in the industry.
