Rusty Miller

After a tour in the U.S. Air Force and completing his degree at University of Maryland, Rusty spent 27 years in the trucking industry. He also owned his own trucking company. After moving to Black Mountain in 2013, Rusty met the girl of his dreams, married, retired from trucking, and started his real estate career. Rusty and Joyce have between them 3 daughters, 1 daughter-in-law, one son, and 3 granddaughters. They all live somewhere between Arizona and Florida.

If you call Rusty and can’t reach him, he is probably skiing if it’s winter, or canoeing in warmer times. He has been racing canoes since the 70’s and loves the mountains and rivers this area has to offer.
