Properties Available in Coventry Woods

The Coventry Woods neighborhood is located off of Christ School Road near the southern edge of Buncombe County. Homes here are larger – usually 4000 square feet or more – and properties are usually about an acre in size. Almost all of the homes were built in the 1990’s, but many have been updated. The location is convenient not only to Arden, but to the neighboring Fletcher area as well. Because Coventry Woods is not a big neighborhood, so inventory is usually limited to only a few homes and lots for sale.
