We recently purchased a house in Black Mountain,NC. It was a much longer process than we anticipated due to some snags with the title search and property lines. Though the reasons for the delay were out of Scott’s control, he kept us in the loop and did everything he could to help move things along. He was very understanding and patient with us when we got frustrated. Scott served as the agent for the seller, as well as for us, and that went very smoothly. We always felt that he was listening to us and addressing our concerns fairly. We would definitely call him again if we were going to buy or sell a house and we will recommend him to our friends.
