Scott is a wonderful person and a wonderful realtor, and believe me I’ve worked with realtors I wouldn’t think of saying that about. Most importantly for buyers from out of town, as my wife and I were, is that he knows his stuff–knows the local market, knows the neighborhoods, knows the builders, knows the inspectors, etc. And he shares all that information with you. Perhaps what you notice most in working with Scott is that he is not pushy; he listens to you and then gives advice based on what you’re looking for. You never feel like he’s twisting your arm. He’s also incredibly friendly, and I see him now, having bought a house with him, as a good friend.
